Gymnastics

Gymnastics is a sport that includes exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups.

Room 7 were 'Bear Walking' and Kathy told us to stop because some of us were cheating.

This was a warm up to get us started for Gymnastics.

Room 7 were doing Bear Walking between the equipment.

We were practicing the L shape.

Mural by Grace

The Mural

A mural is any piece of artwork painted or applied directly on a wall, ceiling or other permanent surfaces. A distinguishing characteristic of mural painting is that the architectural elements of the given space are harmoniously incorporated into the picture. 

On Tuesday we took the cover off the Mural that the Seniors did with Mrs. Honore in the senior block.





Mrs  Honore got called to help them take the cover off the mural.

Last week there was a woman that came in our class room and taught us about Digital  Technologies. Her name is Jessica and she let us play with these robot beetles that had buttons that you push to control the beetle. She also showed us a video about a 3D printer that makes             things.

For Niuean  language week I did a dance with my friend Mya. 
We practiced in class to get ready.
My teacher Mr. Botha  took a photo of me wearing my Niuean dress to school.
