Gymnastics


Gymnastics is a sport that includes exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups.



Room 7 were 'Bear Walking' and Kathy told us to stop because some of us were cheating.


This was a warm up to get us started for Gymnastics.


Room 7 were doing Bear Walking between the equipment.

We were practicing the L shape.

  3. Kia Ora Helen this is Liza from room 8, It is wonderful that you are doing gymnastics. It is hard to do gymnastic but you seem to enjoy it.
